微波组合化学在新药研究中的应用

摘要:

微波组合化学是组合化学快速发展的结果。与传统方法下的组合化学相比 ,微波组合化学加快了新药筛选中化合物库的建立过程 ,是 1种切实有效的有机合成新技术 ,并且形成了多种合成方法。本文对近 10年来出现的微波组合化学方法及其在新药研究中的应用进行了简单的综述。

Abstract:

With the fast development of combinatorial chemistry, microwave-promoted organic synthesis has been introduced into new drug research. In comparison with traditional methods of organic synthesis, microwave-assisted combinatorial chemistry can make high-speed processing of chemical transformations in building library production. Such technology is rapidly recognized as a useful tool for meeting the increasing requirement of new compounds of drugs. This review mainly summarizes several popular methods for microwave-assisted combinatorial synthesis and their applications in drug discovery.
