基于国家重点研发计划"海洋仪器设备规范化海上试验"项目对国家"十三五"自主研发海洋仪器设备海上试验的线上管理需求,设计和实现了一个规范化海上试验信息管理系统,呈现了规范化海上试验信息管理系统的作用、功能、关键技术及实现方法。根据规范化海上试验的主要环节,合理划分用户角色和系统功能,采用B/S(浏览器/服务器)结构模式,基于J2EE技术体系采用面向对象的设计方法开发了适用于规范化海上试验活动的信息管理系统,提供了船时需求汇总分析、航次发布、课题维护等功能,加强和完善了海上试验大纲评审、航次申请、海试回航验收的一体化流程。规范化海上试验信息管理系统对于规范化海上试验组织方落实海上试验航次计划和海上试验移动平台,确定航次参试课题具有指导意义,有利于充分利用有限的海上试验平台资源,实现航次的开放和共享,为推进"十三五"期间规范化海上试验的深入开展奠定了技术基础。
Abstract:Based on the national key research project"Oceanic Instruments Standardized Sea Trials(OISST)"of the national"13 th Five-Year"and the request of online management of domestic independent research and development of marine equipment'sea trials,design and implementation of an information management system of the standardized sea trials,this paper presents the information management system's function,key technology method and implementation.According to the specifications of the main part of sea trials,a reasonable division of user roles and functions of the system,using the B/S(Browser/server)mode,J2 EE technology information management system uses the object-oriented design method was developed for the standardized test system based on the maritime activities,analysis,release,maintenance and other functions voyage task demands provide summary the ship,to strengthen and improve the sea trial program review,voyage application,sea trial integration process return acceptance.The information management system for standardized sea test significantly helps implement sea trial cruise plan and research vessels,determine the oceanic instruments to be selected for sea trials,is conducive to the full use of resources of the limited sea test platforms,to achieve open and sharing of the cruises,which lay a foundation for promoting the sea trials' standardization of"13 th Five-Year".
