摘要：
通过对静态路由和动态路由的考察分析,并结合CERNET用户接入现状,提出将BGP协议应用到CERNET用户接入中,采用BGP协议和静态路由相结合的混合路由方式,是1种全新的CERNET用户接入路由模式。
Abstract：By theoretical analyzing two static and dynamic routing,and the current situation of CERNET access network,the article proposed to use BGP protocol in access network of CERNET.Combining the static and dynamic BGP routing protocol and applying it in network,it will give more benefit and advantage to CERNET.
