为了减小海洋立管漩涡脱落所引起的振动,降低海洋立管疲劳损伤的程度,设计3种涡激抑振方案,对它们进行涡激振动试验。试验在中国海洋大学物理海洋实验室进行,在施加不同流速的外流时,测得采用不同抑振方案的海洋立管在涡旋脱落时顺流向及横向振动的应变时程曲线,使用DASP软件,对所测数据进行分析处理。结果表明在外流流速相同的情况下,有抑振措施的立管明显比无抑振措施的立管振动幅值小,所采用的抑振方案在不同程度上抑制了海洋立管的涡激振动。
Abstract:In order to reduce the vibration caused by vortex shedding and the degree of fatigue damage of marine riser,three kinds of vortex-induced vibration suppression devices are designed and carried out in VIV(vortex-induced vibration) experiment.The model experiment is conducted in the physical oceanography laboratory of Ocean University of China.When used a VIV suppression device,various time history strain response in both in-line and cross-flow direction were obtained from the experiments in different current speed.Base on the software named DASP,the response measurements are analyzed.It is found that when at the same current speed,the vibration amplitude of marine riser fitted with VIV suppression device is obviously smaller than that of the bare marine riser and the three VIV suppression devices suppressed VIV at different levels.
