九脊游仆虫(Euplotes novemcarinata Wang、1930)是土壤及淡水中生活的原生动物。本文对其重要的分类特征诸如银线系及纤毛下器做了形态学研究,确认了其分类地位,并比较了国外迄今的研究工作,在此基础上,将同物异名苔藓游仆虫(E.muscicolaKahl、1932)作了归并。
Abstract:The morphology,infraciliature and silverline system of Euplotes novemcarinata Wang,1930 in a soil sample from Qingdao (Tsingtao),P.R.China are investigated according to protargol and silver nitrate preparations.Most of the important characteristics are given biometrically too.The species differs from the othet EuploteS members by its body shape,infraciliature,irregular meshwork of small polygons between the dorsal kineties and the wing-like ridge on the left margin.The different formvariants from freshwater and moss (soil) both at home and abroad are discussed and compared.On the basis of the descriptions given by Kahl (1932),Klein (1956) and Foissner (1982) Euplotes muscicola Kahl,1932 is considered to be a junior synonym ofE.novemcarinata.With the silverline system it can be placed to the group of "complex type of dorsal orgyrome" after Curds ( 1975)
