纵沟纽虫科(Lineidae)具分枝吻纽虫的一新属新种—疣多枝吻纽虫(Polydendrorhynchus papillaris)的研究

在我国内海新发现了一种具分枝吻的纽虫——疣多枝吻纽虫(Polydendrorhynchus papillaris)。这种新发现的纽虫在分枝吻的形式上与枝吻纽虫属(Dendrorhynchus)的种类相似,但在吻的组织结构上和神经系统上则完全不同。这种新发现的分枝吻纽虫吻主枝的基部仅有一层纵肌;吻主枝基部以上的部分则有三层肌肉,吻主枝的环肌层没有肌肉交叉,却有一肌肉质疣状突起(muscle papilla)。脑的腹神经纤维髓周围有2对巨型神经索细胞。本文主要描述了这种新发现的分枝吻纽虫在形态学和组织学上的特点以及构成新属和新种的分类依据,并将这种新发现的分枝吻纽虫与已报道的中华枝吻纽虫(Dendrorh-ynchus sinensis)做了系统比较。

Abstract:

A new genus and species of multibranched probosics nemertean-Polyden-drorhynchus papillaris, -was found in Zhanjiang, South China Sea. Its branching pattern of the probosics is similar to that of the species of the genus Dendrorhynchus, but the characteristics of the probosics and the nervous system in histology are different from the latter and other nemerteans possessing multibranched probosics described so far. The probosics has only one layer of longitudinal muscle in the basic part of the main axis and three layers of muscle above the basic part. The circular muscle layer of the main axis has an unique muscle papilla instead of the muscle cross. Two pairs of giant neurochord cells are located around the ventral fibrous cores of the brain. The morphological and histological characteristics which can be employed to establish this new genus and species are described and discussed in detail and a systematic comparison between the newly found nemertean and Dendrorhynchus sinensis is made in this paper.
