分子标记在纤毛虫原生动物系统学研究中的应用

摘要:

综述同工酶、RFL P、RAPD、SAP、AFL P及序列测定技术在纤毛虫原生动物系统分类学研究中的应用。相较传统的形态分类学 ,分子标记可以从基因和分子水平上提供可靠而丰富的依据。作者就分子标记在该类动物系统分类学研究中的意义及现状作了回顾 ,并就其应用前景进行了探讨。

Abstract:

This paper outlines the application of isozyme, PCR RFLP, PCR RAPD, SAP, AFLP and sequencing technique to systematic investigations on ciliated protozoa. Molecular markers can determinate the DNA polymorphism of inter and intraspecific genetic diversity of ciliated protozoa at molecular genetic levels. In comparison with morphological and morphogenetical studies on ciliated protozoa, the DNA polymorphic index exhibits more stable and credible characters, which can be distinguished from those similar or variable species, and helps to make some valuable progresses on taxonomy and biological diversity.
