回顾青岛海洋大学学报创刊三十年来的出版概况,学报发展的历程。对学报的作用,特别是对学报编辑在办好学报中的作用提出一些认识。
Abstract：Reviewing the publication and development of the Journal of Ocean University of Qingdao over the past 30 years, the paper presents views on its function, especially on the role of the editors in running the Journal.
