2013年秋季渤黄海浮游植物的群落特征Phytoplankton Community Structure in the Bohai and the Huanghai in Autumn 2013

摘要(Abstract):
本研究利用2013年11月在黄、渤海海域采集的样品,分析了浮游植物的种类组成、丰度、叶绿素分布以及群落多样性等特征。研究水域共记录浮游植物4门54属109种,硅藻门和甲藻门在物种数中占主要地位,分别占总种数的74.3%和21.1%。浮游植物种类多为温带种和广布种,也有少数外来大洋种和暖水种。主要优势种为具槽帕拉藻(Paralia sulcata)、离心海链藻(Thalassiosira excentrica)、斯氏几内亚藻(Guinardia striata)和菱形海线藻(Thalassionema nitzschioides)。渤海和北黄海浮游植物总丰度均明显高于南黄海,表层浮游植物丰度与水柱丰度分布趋势一致,叶绿素分布也与浮游植物基本一致,由北向南递减,近岸高于远海。调查海域香农-威纳指数均在长江口、山东半岛周边海域以及北黄海东部海域较高,在北、南黄海中部海域较低。
