青岛近海夏季溶解有机碳的分布Distribution of Dissolved Organic Carbon in Summer of the Qingdao Coastal Waters

摘要(Abstract):
本文于2006年8月在青岛近海的不同站位与水深采集海水样品,用于溶解有机碳的测定,通过高温催化氧化法完成样品的分析。结果表明,研究海域表层水DOC浓度的变化范围为146~220μmol/L,平均值为177μmol/L。DOC的水平分布大致具有东北部海域较低,西南部海域较高的趋势,其分布与陆岸排放、石油烃污染、生物活动及沉积物的释放有关。DOC的垂直分布规律为:在表层和10 m层较高,在10 m层为最高,这与生物活动在表层和10 m层较强烈具有密切关系。DOC的周日变化呈现双周期型,在11:45左右和17:40左右分别出现极大值,在14:40左右和02:40左右出现最小值,DOC的周日变化不仅与生物活动有关,还与海水的涨落有关。
