改进的离子液体/水界面聚合法制备聚苯胺微/纳米纤维Polyaniline Nanofibers Prepared by Improved Aqueous/Ionic Liquid Interfacial Polymerization

摘要(Abstract):
改进了离子液体/水界面聚合方法,将苯胺和掺杂剂溶解在离子液体相中,成功合成了对甲苯磺酸聚苯胺(PANI-TSA)微/纳米纤维和盐酸掺杂聚苯胺(PANI-HCl)微/纳米纤维,其平均直径分别为488和183nm。考察了掺杂剂的浓度对聚苯胺微/纳米纤维的形貌及电导率的影响。实验发现离子液体相中掺杂剂的浓度越高,合成出的聚苯胺微纳米纤维直径越小,以PANI-TSA为例,当p-TSA的浓度由0.005mol·L~(-1)增加到0.05mol·L~(-1)时,PANI-TSA的平均直径从488nm逐渐减小到183nm,相应其室温电导率由1.6×10~(-3)S/cm增加到4.9×10~(-3)S/cm,表现出尺寸效应。
