考虑粗糙度影响的单圆角柱体水动力特性影响研究Study on the Hydrodynamic Characteristics of Single Fillet Cylinder Considering the Influence of Surface Roughness

摘要(Abstract):
为研究不同来流角度下局部粗糙度变化和加糙位置对圆角柱体水动力特性的影响,本文利用Fluent对雷诺数(Reynolds number, Re)N_(Re)=3 900时,直边和圆角加糙情况下不同粗糙度K_S/D、不同来流角度θ的单圆角柱体绕流过程进行了数值模拟,给出并分析了柱体水动力参数、瞬时涡量以及时均流场的变化规律。结果表明,相比于直边加糙,在圆角柱体圆角位置采取加糙措施及改变粗糙度对柱体的水动力特性的影响更大。在圆角柱体圆角位置加糙时,随着K_S/D的增加,柱体所受平均阻力系数(Average resistance coefficient)C_(d-ave)和升力均方根系数(Root mean square coefficient of lift)C_(l-rms)整体呈逐渐减小趋势,斯特鲁哈数(Strouhal number, St)N_(St)整体呈逐渐增大趋势,柱体后方负压值整体呈逐渐降低趋势。随着来流角度θ的增加,圆角加糙柱体的水动力特性同样有明显变化。本文研究结果可为相关工程设计提供参考。
