长牡蛎壳橙品系形态性状与体质量的相关及通径分析Multiple Regression and Path Analysis of Morphological and Weight Traits of Pacific Oyster(Crassostrea gigas) Orange-Shell Strain

摘要(Abstract):
为研究长牡蛎(Crassostrea gigas)壳橙品系的壳形态性状对体质量性状的影响。本实验随机选取144只二龄壳橙品系长牡蛎为研究对象,测量了壳高(XH)、壳长(XL)、壳宽(XW)、活体总重(YL)和软体部重(YS),以壳形态性状(XH,XL,XW)为自变量,体质量性状(YL,YS)为因变量进行了相关分析、通径分析和多元回归分析。相关分析结果表明,所测量的长牡蛎橙色品系各性状间均呈极显著的表型相关(P<0.01)。通径分析结果表明,壳形态性状对活体总重直接影响依次为壳高(0.477)>壳宽(0.336)>壳长(0.326),壳高对活体总重的直接决定系数最大(0.228),是影响活体总重的主要因素;然而,软体部重的相关系数R2<0.850,表明可能还存在对软体部重影响较大的其他因素。通过多元回归分析,建立了壳形态性状对体质量性状的最优回归方程。
