胶州湾海水淡化排海浓盐水对浮游植物生长的影响The Effect of the Brine Discharged from Desalination Plant on the Growth of Phytoplankton in the Jiaozhou Bay

摘要(Abstract):
在实验室条件下,系统分析了青岛华欧海水淡化厂所产浓盐水主要性质,并考察了浓盐水对胶州湾浮游植物优势种中肋骨条藻、柔弱角毛藻、尖刺拟菱形藻和海洋原甲藻生长的影响,同时利用非检测毒性效应模型初步探讨浓盐水对胶州湾浮游植物生长影响的非检测效应浓度。结果表明,华欧海水淡化厂排海浓盐水的盐度、悬浮颗粒物含量、各项营养盐含量以及各类重金属含量均明显高于原海水;其排海浓盐水对胶州湾优势浮游植物中肋骨条藻、柔弱角毛藻、尖刺拟菱形藻和海洋原甲藻的生长均有明显抑制作用,其中,浓盐水的高盐度是影响海洋原甲藻生长主要原因,对于中肋骨条藻、柔弱角毛藻和尖刺拟菱形藻,浓盐水中抑制其生长的因素不仅是盐度,其它成分可能也对其产生抑制作用;最后通过计算,初步确定38.6为浓盐水对胶州湾浮游植物生长具有明显影响的非检测效应浓度。
