摘要(Abstract)：

本文研究烟台高新技术产业开发区马山寨以西海岸带整治修复工程的绩效情况，基于平衡计分卡理论，从财务层面、风险控制层面、利益相关者层面和可持续发展层面构建评价指标体系，并利用层次分析法和模糊评价法对其绩效进行综合评价。研究结果显示，该工程综合评估结果为良好，并且其可持续发展能力较强。
