戊二醛交联型羧甲基壳聚糖的制备和生物相容性的研究Study on Preparation and Biocompatibility of Glutaraldehyde Crosslinked Carboxymethyl-Chitosan

摘要(Abstract):
目的:探讨羧甲基壳聚糖(CM-CTS)、交联型羧甲基壳聚糖(C-CM-CTS)和交联还原型羧甲基壳聚糖(D-CM-CTS)的生物相容性,为其在生物医用材料等方面的研究和应用提供参考。方法:以CM-CTS为原料,采用戊二醛交联法制备了C-CM-CTS和D-CM-CTS,用MTT比色法测定了它们的促细胞生长活性和细胞毒性,并评价了三者的组织相容性。结果:与对照组相比,C-CM-CTS,D-CM-CTS和CM-CTS均能促进L929细胞的生长,其中,CM-CTS的促细胞生长作用为最佳,D-CM-CTS次之。动物实验证明,CM-CTS和D-CM-CTS比C-CM-CTS具有更好的组织相容性。
