西沙海绵来源共附生真菌Penicillium sclerotiorum次级代谢产物研究Studies on the Secondary Metabolites of a Sponge-Derived Fungus Penicillium sclerotiorum from the Xisha Islands

摘要(Abstract):
本文对1株西沙群岛来源土黄孔海绵共附生真菌Penicillium sclerotiorum进行了次级代谢产物研究。利用硅胶柱层析、薄层色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶色谱、中压制备液相色谱(MPLC)和高效液相色谱(HPLC)等分离手段对菌株发酵提取物进行分离和纯化。从乙酸乙酯提取物中共分离出1个新的甾醇(1)、1个新的苯衍生物(4)和4个已知化合物。通过核磁共振(NMR)、质谱(MS)、文献数据比较并结合生物合成途径确定了这些化合物的平面结构和绝对构型。
