围隔生境下养殖密度对菲律宾蛤仔生长的影响Influence of Stocking Density on Growth of Ruditapes philippinarum in an Enclosed System

摘要(Abstract):
为揭示养殖密度对菲律宾蛤仔(Ruditapes philippinarum)养殖生产的影响,在福建定海湾的菲律宾蛤仔滩涂养殖区建立围隔系统,分析和比较了高(1 400粒/m~2)、中(700粒/m~2)和低(350粒/m~2)三组养殖密度对菲律宾蛤仔产量和生长的影响。基于生长曲线模型拟合,解析了该系统中菲律宾蛤仔的生长和形态参数变化特征及密度组间差异。研究显示:中密度组菲律宾蛤仔的相对增产率(35%)显著高于高密度组(10%)和低密度组(17%)。低密度组的体质量和相对体积呈持续生长的特征,其体质量和相对体积的生长曲线与Von Bertalanffy动物生长模型有较高拟合度(R~2分别为0.913和0.953);中、高密度组的生长均呈显著的阶段性特征,具体表现为快生长、生长停滞再到快生长。通过分析蛤仔的形态参数与体质量变化的相关性,发现二次多项式模型在中、高密度组具有较高的拟合度(R~2≥0.913),但在低密度组拟合度无明显规律。研究结果显示,在实验设置的围隔环境中,养殖密度不仅影响菲律宾蛤仔的产量,而且影响其形态构建和生长规律。
